if they were 50 or 05 then the phone was made in America, Brazil, or Finland and has excellent quality
if they were 80 or 08 then the phone was made Germany and has a fair quality
if they were 04 then the phone was made in Canada and has middle quality
if they were 06 or 60 then the phone was made in China or Mexico
if they were 03 or 30 then the phone was made in China and has bad quality
if they were 02 or 20 then the phone was made in UAE and has very bad quality
